The Baldor-Realiance motor is a robust 10HP motor designed for demanding industrial applications, featuring a speed of 1180RPM, three-phase operation, and a frequency of 60Hz. It utilizes a 256T frame size (0960M) and is constructed with a totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) design. This motor has a 15 service factor and is coated with a corrosion-resistant epoxy finish, ensuring durability in harsh environments. It includes regreasable ball or roller bearings, an oversized rotatable cast iron conduit box, and features cast iron frames for increased strength. The motor is equipped with a Forsheda® shaft seal, moisture-resistant copper windings, Class F insulation, and tropicalization to withstand extreme conditions. Additional features include a stainless steel nameplate and corrosion-resistant hardware. Typical applications for this motor include petro-chemical plants, mines, foundries, pulp and paper facilities, waste management, chemical plants, and environments with severe corrosion challenges.
