The Baldor-Reliance motor is a 5HP, 1750RPM, 3-phase, 60Hz L184T model featuring a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) design and foot mounting. It has a service factor of 1.15 and is equipped with a corrosion-resistant epoxy finish, regreasable ball or roller bearings, and an oversized rotatable cast iron conduit box. The motor is constructed with cast iron frames and incorporates a Forsheda® shaft seal, moisture-resistant copper windings, Class F insulation, and tropicalization. Additionally, it boasts a stainless steel nameplate and corrosion-resistant hardware, ensuring durability in demanding environments. Typical applications include petro-chemical plants, mines, foundries, pulp and paper plants, waste management facilities, chemical plants, and tropical climates, making it ideal for processing industry applications that require protection against corrosion due to severe environmental operating conditions. The motor comes with a 3-year warranty.
