The Baldor-Reliance motor is a 1HP, 870RPM, 3-phase, 60Hz unit with a model designation of L182T and a totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) design for foot-mounted applications. It features a 1.15 service factor, a corrosion-resistant epoxy finish, and regreasable ball bearings, along with an oversized rotatable cast iron conduit box. The motor is equipped with a Forsheda® shaft seal, moisture-resistant copper windings, Class F insulation, a stainless steel nameplate, and corrosion-resistant hardware, making it suitable for demanding environments. It is tropicalized for enhanced durability and is ideal for applications in petro-chemical plants, mines, foundries, pulp and paper plants, waste management facilities, chemical plants, and tropical climates, as well as for other processing industry applications that require protection against corrosion from severe environmental conditions.
