The Baldor-Reliance motor is a 1HP, 1750RPM, DC motor designed with a 56C frame and model number 3536P. It features a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) design suitable for environments where moisture is a concern, incorporating moisture-resistant 200°C magnet wire and sealed ball bearings lubricated with moisture-resistant grease. The motor also includes contact lip seals on the shaft extensions, neoprene gaskets, and special processed endplates to enhance durability. Constructed with a 300 series stainless steel frame, base, shaft, and hardware, it is free from exterior paint and is tropicalized for added protection. This motor is ideal for applications in food processing, packaging, and other scenarios where it is frequently exposed to high pressure washdown and caustic solutions.
