The Baldor-Realiance motor is a 3HP, 1760RPM, three-phase, 60Hz unit with a 182TC frame and 3632M design, featuring a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) configuration. This motor is equipped with moisture-resistant ISR® (Inverter Spike Resistant) 200°C magnet wire, sealed ball bearings lubricated with moisture-resistant grease, and contact lip seals on shaft extensions. Additionally, it incorporates neoprene gaskets and specially processed cast endplates, along with a 300 series stainless steel motor frame, base, shaft, and hardware, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh conditions. The design eliminates the need for exterior paint and is tropicalized for enhanced performance in severe environments. Typical applications include food processing, packaging, and outdoor settings where the motors are regularly washed.
