The Baldor-Reliance motor is a 2HP, 3450 RPM, 3-phase, 60Hz unit with a 56HCY frame and a 3532M designation, featuring a totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) design and F1 mounting. Key features include moisture sealant on bolt heads and between the frame and end plates, neoprene gaskets, double sealed bearings, and a Forsheda® running contact V-ring slinger. The motor is equipped with a stainless steel shaft, an electrostatically applied epoxy finish, and Class F insulation, making it suitable for tropicalized environments. It is commonly utilized in food processing and similar applications where the motor is regularly exposed to high-pressure washdowns.
