The Baldor-Reliance motor is a 3HP, 1760RPM, 3-phase motor designed for 60Hz operation, featuring a 182TC frame and a 0628M configuration with a totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) design. It is constructed with heavy gauge steel and cast iron frames, equipped with ball bearings, and utilizes ISR® (Inverter Spike Resistant®) copper windings alongside low-loss electrical grade lamination steel. The motor is Class F insulated with a 1.15 service factor and is inverter rated per NEMA MG1 part 31.4.4.2, making it suitable for variable torque applications as well as a constant torque speed range when used with properly sized and adjusted variable frequency drives.
