The Baldor-Reliance motor is a 100HP, 1780 RPM, 3-phase, 60Hz unit with a 405TC frame and M400MAG designation, featuring a totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) design. This motor is constructed with heavy gauge steel and cast iron frames, incorporates ball bearings, and utilizes ISR® (Inverter Spike Resistant®) copper windings along with low-loss electrical grade lamination steel. It comes with a three-year warranty and is designed for typical applications that require continuous or frequent duty. The Super-E motors are optimized for energy conservation over extended periods and have Class F insulation with a 1.15 service factor. Additionally, it is inverter rated per NEMA MG1 part 31.4.4.2, making it suitable for variable torque applications and a constant torque speed range when used with properly sized and adjusted variable frequency drives.
