The Baldor-Reliance motor is a 15HP, 1765RPM, 3-phase, 60Hz motor with a 254TC frame size and 3952M service factor, designed with a totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) configuration. This motor features all external surfaces constructed from 300 series stainless steel, including the motor frame, endplates, conduit box, shaft, and base, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. It incorporates moisture-resistant 200°C ISR® (Inverter Spike Resistant) magnet wire and is designed with four condensate drains in each endplate, with endplate rabbets sealed and conduit box gasketed for enhanced protection. The lip seals utilized are particularly effective in highly corrosive environments where traditional paint or finishes may fail. Typical applications for this motor include food processing, packaging, outdoor operations, and settings with highly corrosive conditions.
