The Baldor-Reliance motor is a .75 HP, 1750 RPM, DC motor with a 56C frame, model number 3428P, designed for TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) operation. It features a moisture sealant on the bolt heads between the frame and endplates, a neoprene gasketed conduit box, and double sealed ball bearings. The motor is equipped with a Forsheda® running contact V-ring slinger and a stainless steel shaft, all coated with electrostatic epoxy paint. It has Class F insulation and is tach adaptable. The 3300P series motors are TENV (Totally Enclosed Non-Ventilated), while all other models maintain a TEFC design. This motor is typically used in food processing applications, including conveyors and feeders, where it may be exposed to high-pressure washdown conditions.
