The Baldor-Reliance motor is a 15HP, 3520RPM, 3-phase, 60Hz unit with a 254TC frame size and a 3952M enclosure, featuring a totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) design. This motor includes all external surfaces made of 300 series stainless steel including the motor frame, endplates, conduit box, shaft, and base, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh conditions. It is equipped with moisture-resistant 200°C ISR® (Inverter Spike Resistant) magnet wire and features four condensate drains in each endplate for effective moisture management. The endplate rabbets are sealed, and the conduit box is gasketed to provide additional protection, while lip seals enhance performance in highly corrosive environments where conventional coatings may fail. Typical applications for this motor include food processing, packaging, as well as use in outdoor and highly corrosive environments.
