The Baldor-Reliance motor is a 30HP, 1765RPM, 3-phase, 60Hz, 286TC, 1060M, and TEFC design. It is specifically engineered and tested to exceed the IEEE 841-1994 standards for severe duty TEFC induction motors, ensuring high performance and durability. This motor features premium efficiency copper windings made using Baldor-Reliance ISR (Inverter Spike Resistant)® magnet wire, which complies with CEE efficiency guidelines. It includes an Inpro Seal® on both the fan and drive end shaft extensions, along with a two-part yellow epoxy oxide primer applied inside and outside, gray epoxy paint, and corrosion-resistant hardware. The design minimizes noise and vibration while maintaining tight mechanical tolerances. It also comes with final test and vibration results shipped with the motor. Typical applications for this motor include petro-chemical, pulp and paper plants, mines, and other installations that require premium efficient motors constructed and tested according to stringent standards for severe duty service.
