The Baldor-Realiance motor is a robust 7.5 HP, 1770 RPM, 3-phase motor designed for use in demanding environments, operating at a frequency of 60 Hz and featuring a 213 TC frame size with a 3744 M designation in a totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) configuration. This motor is equipped with a range of protective features such as moisture sealant on bolt heads and the interface between the frame and end plates, neoprene gaskets, and double sealed bearings to enhance durability. Additionally, it includes a Forsheda® running contact V-ring slinger, a stainless steel shaft, and an electrostatically applied epoxy finish, ensuring resistance to corrosion and wear. The motor is insulated with Class F material and is tropicalized for reliability in humid conditions. It is particularly well-suited for applications such as food processing and other scenarios where the motor is frequently subjected to high-pressure washdowns.
