The Baldor-Reliance motor is a robust 150 HP, 1790 RPM, 3-phase, 60 Hz motor with a 445 T, Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) foot mount. It is specifically designed for inverter operation and can handle up to a 1000:1 constant torque speed range. The motor includes provisions for a stub shaft for a hollow shaft encoder and features three thermostats for enhanced operational safety. Additionally, all 440 T frames incorporate an ODE insulated bearing insulation system that surpasses NEMA MG 1-2006, Part 31.4.4.2 standards. This motor provides continuous constant torque down to zero speed, making it suitable for a variety of applications such as conveyors, extruders, printing lines, converting, and test stands, where constant torque is essential across a wide speed range.
