The Baldor-Reliance motor is a 125 HP, 1790 RPM, 3-phase, 60 Hz, 444T, TEFC foot-mounted motor designed specifically for inverter operation, accommodating a constant torque speed range of up to 1000:1. This motor includes provisions for a stub shaft for a hollow shaft encoder and is equipped with three thermostats. Additionally, all 440T frames feature an ODE insulated bearing. The insulation system exceeds NEMA MG 1-2006, part 31.4.4.2, ensuring durability in demanding applications. It provides continuous constant torque to zero speed, making it suitable for typical applications such as conveyors, extruders, printing lines, converting processes, and test stands, where constant torque is required over a wide speed range.
