The Baldor-Reliance motor is a robust 5HP, 1765RPM, 3PH, 60HZ, L184TC, TEFC, foot-mounted unit designed specifically for inverter operation, capable of delivering a constant torque speed range of up to 1000:1. This motor includes several advanced features such as provisions for a stub shaft for a hollow shaft encoder, three thermostats for monitoring temperature, and an ODE insulated bearing, which is included in all 440T frames. The insulation system surpasses the NEMA MG 1-2006, part 31.4.4.2 standards, ensuring durability and reliability. It provides continuous constant torque all the way down to zero speed, making it ideal for typical applications like conveyors, extruders, printing lines, converting processes, and test stands, where consistent torque is required over a wide speed range.
