The Baldor-ReLiance motor is a 40 HP, 1800 RPM, 3 PH, 60 Hz unit with a 324 T frame and a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) design, suitable for foot mounting. This motor is specifically designed for inverter operation, capable of maintaining a constant torque speed range of up to 1000:1. It includes provisions for a stub shaft compatible with hollow shaft encoders, three integrated thermostats for temperature monitoring, and all 440 T frames come equipped with an ODE insulated bearing for enhanced durability. The insulation system of the motor exceeds the standards set by NEMA MG 1-2006, part 31.4.4.2, ensuring reliability in various applications. The motor provides continuous constant torque down to zero speed, making it ideal for typical applications such as conveyors, extruders, printing lines, converting processes, and test stands, where consistent torque is essential over a wide speed range.
