The Baldor-Reliance motor is a 60HP, 1750RPM, 3-phase unit designed for inverter duty and vector duty with a 1000:1 constant torque capability. It features a compact square laminated steel frame (FL210-L440), while FL180 is made of extruded aluminum. The motor is equipped with Premium Class H insulation suitable for a 40°C ambient environment and has a service factor of 1.0. It includes three normally closed thermostats, one for each phase, and standard VPI insulation along with an insulated O.D.E. bearing on all L440 frames. Typical applications for this motor include extruders, conveyors, crane and hoist systems, converting machinery, pumps, web processing, test stands, traction duty, winders, and printing operations.
