The Baldor-Reliance motor is a robust 250 HP unit operating at 1785 RPM, designed for three-phase applications at 60 Hz with a 449 T frame size and a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) enclosure. Engineered to exceed the IEEE 841-1994 standards for severe duty TEFC induction motors, this motor features premium efficiency copper windings made with Baldor-Reliance ISR (Inverter Spike Resistant)® magnet wire, which complies with CEE efficiency guidelines. It includes an Inpro Seal® on both the fan and drive end shaft extensions, along with a two-part yellow epoxy oxide primer applied inside and outside. The motor is finished with gray epoxy paint and corrosion-resistant hardware, ensuring longevity in harsh environments. With reduced noise, vibration, and mechanical tolerances, the motor is rigorously tested, with final test and vibration results shipped with the unit.
