The Baldor-Realiance motor is a 15 HP, 1180 RPM, 3-phase, 60 Hz motor with a 284 T frame and a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) design. This motor features an upgraded electrical and mechanical design built to 841XL standards, incorporating NEMA Premium® efficient winding, Inpro/Seal® VBX bearing isolators (thru 210 frame), and VBXX isolators on both the fan and drive end shaft extensions. Its epoxy paint provides an IP56 enclosure, while the proprietary cast iron frames are designed to reduce vibration and noise. Additionally, the motor includes terminal lugs on motor leads and is backed by a 5-year warranty. Typical applications include petro-chemical, pulp and paper, cement, aggregate mining, and other process industries that require premium efficient motors. This motor is specifically designed, manufactured, and tested to exceed IEEE 841-2001 TEFC motor standards, making it suitable for extreme severe duty service.
