The Baldor-Reliance motor is a robust 100HP, 1188RPM, 3Phase, 60Hz, 444T, TEFC, foot-mounted motor designed for severe duty applications. It is engineered, manufactured, and tested to surpass the IEEE 841-1994 standards for severe duty TEFC induction motors. The motor features premium efficiency copper windings utilizing Baldor-Reliance ISR (Inverter Spike Resistant)® magnet wire, which complies with CEE efficiency guidelines. It is equipped with an Inpro Seal® on the fan and drive end shaft extensions and is coated with a 2-part yellow epoxy oxide primer both inside and outside, complemented by gray epoxy paint and corrosion-resistant hardware. Furthermore, the motor is designed to minimize noise, vibration, and mechanical tolerances, with final test and vibration results provided with each motor. This motor is suitable for typical applications such as petro-chemical facilities, pulp and paper plants, mines, and other installations that demand premium efficient motors manufactured and tested under strict standards for severe duty service.
