The Baldor-Reliance motor is a high-performance 20HP, 1180RPM, 3-phase, 60Hz motor with a 286T frame and TEFC ( Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) configuration, specifically engineered to meet stringent demands in various industries. The motor features an upgraded electrical and mechanical design based on the 841XL standard, incorporating NEMA Premium® efficient winding for optimal energy efficiency. It includes Inpro/Seal® VBX bearing isolators on fan and drive end shaft extensions, ensuring enhanced protection against contaminants. The epoxy paint provides an IP56 enclosure rating, complemented by stainless breather drains and proprietary cast iron frames that minimize vibration and noise. Terminal lugs are provided on the motor leads for easy connections. This motor is backed by a 5-year warranty and is suitable for applications in petro-chemical, pulp and paper, cement, aggregate mining, and other process industries that demand motors designed, manufactured, and tested to exceed IEEE 841-2001 TEFC motor standards for extreme severe duty service.
