The Baldor-Reliance motor features a power rating of 150HP, a speed of 1190RPM, and operates on a 3-phase, 60Hz power supply, housed in a 447T frame with a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) design. This motor is specifically designed, manufactured, and tested to exceed the IEEE 841-1994 standards for severe duty TEFC induction motors. It incorporates premium efficiency copper windings utilizing Baldor-Reliance ISR (Inverter Spike Resistant)® magnet wire, which complies with CEE efficiency guidelines. The motor is equipped with an Inpro Seal® on both the fan and drive end shaft extensions and is coated with a 2-part yellow epoxy oxide primer on the inside and outside, followed by gray epoxy paint that provides corrosion resistance. Additionally, it features reduced noise, vibration, and mechanical tolerances, with final test and vibration results included with each unit. Typical applications for this motor include petrochemical facilities, pulp and paper plants, mines, and other installations that demand premium efficient motors manufactured and tested to stringent standards for severe duty service.
