The Baldor-Realiance motor is a 40HP, 1190RPM, 3-phase, 60Hz, 364T, TEFC, foot-mounted unit designed for demanding applications. It features an upgraded electrical and mechanical design built to the 841XL standard, incorporating NEMA Premium® efficient windings. The motor is equipped with Inpro/Seal® VBX bearing isolators for frames up to 210, as well as VBXX isolators on the fan and drive end shaft extensions. It boasts an epoxy paint finish that provides an IP56 enclosure, along with stainless breather drains. The proprietary cast iron frames are designed to minimize vibration and noise, and the motor includes terminal lugs on its leads. It comes with a 5-year warranty and is suitable for typical applications in petro-chemical, pulp and paper, cement, aggregate mining, and other process industries that require premium efficient motors. This motor is designed, manufactured, and tested to exceed IEEE 841-2001 TEFC motor standards for extreme severe duty service.
