The Baldor-Reliance motor is a 25HP, 1780RPM, 3-phase, 60Hz unit with a 284T frame and a 1050M insulation class, featuring a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) design and a F1 mounting position. This NEMA premium efficiency motor meets IEEE 841 specifications for the chemical industry and is equipped with roller bearings on 210 frames and larger to handle heavy belt loads. It includes VBX/VBXX Inpro bearing isolators at both ends, and for maintenance, the shaft can be positioned upright by removing a plug in the upper end and reversing the drain. Additionally, the motors feature RTV sealed end bracket-to-frame fits and epoxy coated rotor and stator, making them inverter ready. The motor is backed by a 5-year warranty, and it is suitable for typical applications in petroleum, chemical, and other industries that utilize belt-driven heat exchangers, specifically designed to meet API 661 standards with a 40,000-hour bearing life.
