The Baldor-Realiance motor is a 30HP, 1770RPM, 3-phase, 60Hz unit with a 286T frame and 1060M insulation class, featuring a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) design and configuration F1. This motor complies with NEMA Premium Efficiency standards and meets IEEE 841 specifications specifically for the chemical industry. It incorporates roller bearings on frames 210 and larger for heavy belt loads, and includes VBX / VBXX Inpro bearing isolators on both ends. The motor requires removing a plug in the upper end and reversing the drain for shaft up installation. Additionally, it features RTV sealed end bracket-to-frame fits and an epoxy coated rotor and stator, making it inverter ready. Typical applications include petroleum, chemical, and other industries with belt-driven heat exchangers, designed to API 661 standards with a bearing life of 40,000 hours.
