The Baldor-Reliance motor is a 3HP, 1760 RPM, 3PH, 60HZ, L182TC, TEFC, footless design, engineered to meet the rigorous demands of severe duty applications. This motor is manufactured and tested to exceed IEEE 841-1994 standards and features premium efficiency copper windings using Baldor-Reliance ISR (Inverter Spike Resistant)® magnet wire, which complies with CEE efficiency guidelines. It includes an Inpro Seal® on the fan and drive end shaft extensions, a 2-part yellow epoxy oxide primer for protection on both the inside and outside, gray epoxy paint, and corrosion-resistant hardware. The motor is designed to reduce noise, vibration, and mechanical tolerances, with final test and vibration results shipped with the unit. Typical applications for this motor include petrochemical and pulp and paper plants, mines, and other installations that require premium efficient motors built to stringent standards for severe duty service.
