The Baldor-Reliance motor is a 250 HP, 1800 RPM, 3 PH, 60 Hz, 449T, TEFC, foot-mounted unit specifically designed for inverter operation, capable of providing a constant torque speed range of up to 1000:1. This motor includes provisions for a stub shaft suitable for hollow shaft encoders, three thermostats for thermal management, and all 440T frames feature an ODE insulated bearing. The insulation system surpasses the requirements outlined in NEMA MG 1-2006, part 31.4.4.2, ensuring reliability. It offers continuous constant torque down to zero speed, making it ideal for various applications such as conveyors, extruders, printing lines, converting, and test stands, where consistent torque is necessary across a wide speed range.
