The Baldor-Reliance motor is a 25HP, 1800 RPM, 3-phase motor designed for operation at 60Hz, featuring a 284TC frame and a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) construction suitable for foot mounting. This motor is specifically engineered for inverter operation, supporting a constant torque speed range of up to 1000:1. It includes provisions for a stub shaft for a hollow shaft encoder, three thermostats, and an ODE insulated bearing in all 440T frames. The insulation system surpasses NEMA MG 1-2006, part 31.4.4.2 standards. This motor provides continuous constant torque down to zero speed, making it ideal for various applications such as conveyors, extruders, printing lines, converting, and test stands, where consistent torque is required across a wide speed range.
