The GFNT1-W SmartLockPro Self-Test GFCI is engineered to conduct automatic internal testing to ensure it can effectively respond to ground faults, complying with the latest UL standard for auto-monitoring. This device features continuous ground fault protection and can detect and trip on actual ground faults even during a self-test, testing the GFCI within 3 seconds upon initial power up. Auto-monitoring exceeds UL requirements and adapts to conduct more frequent testing if potential issues are detected. A status indicator light offers intuitive feedback regarding power and protection status, as well as line/load reversal indications. The patented reset lockout mechanism prevents the GFCI from resetting if it is damaged and unable to respond to ground faults, while the electronics are designed to minimize false triggers. The device is compatible with all Decora devices and wall plates and comes in white. It holds a UL Fed Spec WC-596 rating, ensuring its reliability in various applications.
