The 20 amp feed-through, 125 volt receptacle/outlet features the self-test SmartLock Pro slim blank GFCI in a monochromatic white finish, designed with back and side wiring options; the wallplate/faceplate is sold separately, and a self-grounding clip is included. This self-test GFCI is engineered to meet the latest UL standards for auto-monitoring, conducting automatic internal tests to ensure responsiveness to ground faults. With the slimmest profile on the market, installation is fast and easy, complemented by Leviton's patented reset lockout mechanism that prevents reset if the GFCI is not wired or functioning correctly. The device includes 20 amp duplex configurations, terminals for easy wiring, and external back wire clamps that provide visual indications of proper wire seating. It offers continuous ground fault protection, detecting and tripping on actual ground faults even during self-testing, and adapts testing frequency if potential problems are detected. A status indicator light offers intuitive feedback on power and protection status, while preventing reset if protective functions are compromised.
