Watts pleated cartridges have a standard size of 2 3/4" OD x 9 3/4" L and feature a 50-micron rating. The cartridges are made from Watts cellulose-free, 100% synthetic filter media, which enables the pleats to maintain their shape and retain a large amount of surface area. This design allows the cartridge to manage higher solids loading and flow rates while achieving a lower pressure drop, which in turn enhances filter efficiency and lifespan, ultimately reducing the costs and frequency associated with filter change-outs.
