The Steel King® SK2000® boltless pallet rack includes a 4-inch high by 108-inch long step beam (model SBRUM400108P) featuring a 1 5/8-inch step designed for decking or pallet support bar positioning. All step beams are constructed from high-strength steel with a minimum tensile strength of 55,000 p.s.i., using continuously welded structural tubing for enhanced durability. The design eliminates ledges or cracks, preventing pallets from snagging and avoiding moisture or debris accumulation. The beam connection employs a three-rivet design, making these beams 26% stronger than standard two-rivet connections, thereby offering improved product protection.
