The Steel King® SK3000® structural channel pallet rack features a 36"D x 96"H upright frame made from 3" structural channel steel, with enhanced steel thickness in corner sections for increased resistance to fork truck impact, higher load carrying capacity, and improved seismic force resistance. The upright frames have holes punched on 4" vertical centers, and beam connections are punched for vertical adjustability in 2" increments. The frame includes diagonal and horizontal braces made of 1.5"x1.5" structural angles, which are welded to the columns. Footpads are constructed from 7-gauge steel plates welded to each column to efficiently disperse floor loads, with multiple anchor holes for secure installation and reanchoring. The capacity is based on 36" vertical shelf spacing and it is designed to be used with Steel King SK3000 channel beams.
