The Steel King SK3000 Structural Channel Pallet Rack features a 48" deep by 96" high upright frame composed of 3" structural channel steel with reinforced steel thickness in corner sections for enhanced resistance to fork truck impact damage, increased load carrying capacity, and seismic force resistance. The upright frames are punched on 4" vertical centers, and beam connections are specially punched to allow for vertical adjustability in 2" increments. The frame includes diagonal and horizontal braces made from 1.5" x 1.5" structural angles, which are welded to the columns for additional strength. Footpads, made from 7-gauge steel plates and welded to each column, efficiently disperse floor loads and feature multiple anchor holes for easy installation and reanchoring. Capacity ratings are based on 36" vertical shelf spacing, and this rack is designed for use with Steel King SK3000 channel beams.
