The Steel King SK3000 structural channel pallet rack features a 48"D x 144"H upright frame constructed from 3" structural channel steel with reinforced steel thickness, particularly at corner sections, providing enhanced resistance to fork truck impact damage, increased load carrying capacity, and improved seismic force resistance. The upright frames are punched on 4" vertical centers, with beam connections specially punched for vertical adjustability in 2" increments. The entire frame incorporates 1.5"x1.5" structural angle diagonal and horizontal braces welded to the columns for additional stability. Footpads are fabricated from 7-gauge steel plates welded to each column, effectively dispersing floor loads, and each includes multiple anchor holes for secure installation and reanchoring. The capacity is based on 36" vertical shelf spacing and is designed for use with Steel King SK3000 channel beams.
