The 24V standing pilot natural gas valve is a 3/4" x 3/4" combination gas control designed for use in 24 VAC, gas-fired, standing pilot appliances with capacities ranging from 30 to 300 CFH. The controls include a safety shutoff, manual valve, two automatic operators, a pressure regulator, and pilot adjustment. It features a compact size and provides two automatic valves: a solenoid-operated first automatic valve that opens on thermostat call for heat and closes when the call ends, and a diaphragm-operated second automatic valve that opens under regulator control and closes if gas or power supply is interrupted, meeting codes requiring dual safety shutoff. Conversion kits are available for natural to LP and LP to natural conversions for both standard and slow opening gas valves. All adjustments, wiring connections, and the pilot outlet are accessible from the top of the control. It includes an adjustable servo regulator that maintains a nearly constant gas output pressure despite wide fluctuations in gas supply pressure and is compatible with Eco Connector. The valve employs a Lite-Rite (off-pilot-on) lighting sequence. Warranty information is provided with the product.
