The Honeywell VR8345M4302 is a 24 VAC dual direct ignition/intermittent pilot gas valve featuring a 3/4 in. x 3/4 in. inlet/outlet, standard opening, and a 3.5 in. WC pressure regulator setting, designed for gas-fired appliances with capacities ranging from 30 to 415 CFH. The kit includes a manual valve, two automatic operators, a pressure regulator, pilot adjustment, pilot plug, and ignition adapter. It replaces virtually any intermittent pilot (IP), hot surface ignition (HSI), or direct spark ignition (DSI) gas control and is compatible with natural, manufactured, or LP gas, including a converter kit to adapt from natural to LP gas. Its compact size allows all adjustments and wiring connections to be accessible from the top of the control. A four-inch swing radius facilitates easy rotation into position within tight furnace vestibules. The valve features a clearly marked, keyed terminal block for quick wire attachment and IP/DSI/HSI jumper configuration, and an internal inlet screen that blocks contaminants in the gas line from entering the valve.
