The Honeywell VR8345Q4563 combination gas valve is a 24 VAC 2-stage dual direct ignition/intermittent valve featuring a 3/4 in. x 3/4 in. inlet/outlet with a standard opening and a pressure regulator setting of 1.7 in. WC low and 3.5 in. WC high. This universal electronic ignition combination gas control is designed for use with direct spark ignition, hot surface ignition, or intermittent pilot ignition in 24 VAC, gas-fired appliances with capacities ranging from 30 to 415 CFH. Included in the kit are a manual valve, two automatic operators, a pressure regulator, pilot adjustment, pilot plug, and ignition adapter. The VR8345Q4563 replaces virtually any IP, HSI, or DSI gas control and is compatible with natural gas, manufactured gas, or LP gas. It also includes a converter kit for adapting from natural gas to LP gas. The compact size allows for easy adjustments and wiring connections accessible from the top of the control, and the four-inch swing radius facilitates rotation into position within tight furnace vestibules. The keyed terminal block is clearly marked for quick attachment of wires and IP/DSI/HSI jumper, while the internal inlet screen effectively blocks contaminants in the gas line from entering the valve.
