The Honeywell VR8200A2132 24 VAC dual standing pilot gas valve is designed for use in 24 VAC, gas-fired, standing pilot appliances with capacities ranging from 20 to 200 CFH. This model includes a 1/2 in. x 1/2 in. inlet/outlet with standard opening and a 3.5 in. WC pressure regulator setting. It features controls including a manual valve, two automatic operators, a servo pressure regulator, and pilot adjustment all within a compact size. The design provides two automatic valves: a solenoid-operated first automatic valve that opens upon thermostat call for heat and closes when the call ends, and a diaphragm-operated second automatic valve that opens under regulator control and closes if the gas or power supply is interrupted. The valve meets codes requiring dual safety shutoff and offers conversion kits for natural to LP and LP to natural gas for both standard and slow opening gas valves. It also supports a Lite-Rite (off-pilot-on) lighting sequence, with all adjustments, wiring connections, and pilot outlet accessible from the top of the control. The adjustable servo regulator effectively maintains nearly constant gas output pressure even under wide fluctuations in gas supply pressure and is compatible with Eco Connector.
