The 1/2" x 3/4" standing pilot with LP kit combination gas control is designed for use in 24 VAC, gas-fired standing pilot appliances with capacities ranging from 30 to 300 CFH. The control system includes a safety shutoff, a manual valve, two automatic operators, a pressure regulator, and pilot adjustment, all housed in a compact size. It provides two automatic valves: a solenoid-operated first valve that opens on thermostat call for heat and closes when the call ends, and a diaphragm-operated second valve that opens under regulator control and closes if the gas or power supply is interrupted, meeting codes requiring dual safety shutoff. Conversion kits for natural to LP and LP to natural gas are available for standard and slow-opening gas valves. Adjustments, wiring connections, and the pilot outlet are all accessible from the top of the control. The adjustable servo regulator maintains a nearly constant gas output pressure despite wide fluctuations in gas supply pressure. This control is compatible with Eco Connector and features the Lite-Rite (off-pilot-on) lighting sequence. The product includes a manufacturer’s warranty as specified in the warranty documentation.
