The Bulman cutter is designed for the smooth dispensing of various types of paper, including butcher, kraft, and gift wrapping papers, while ensuring even cuts using either side of the double-edged, spring-loaded blade. It features heavy-duty casters, with two casters locking for added stability, facilitating easy mobility. The cutter allows for fast and reliable dispensing and cutting of packing materials, such as single-face corrugated or thin foams, and can accommodate rolls up to 40 inches in diameter. Constructed from heavy-duty tubular steel, it is capable of holding one or more rolls of material, and includes a hold-down device to prevent roll back.
