The Iced Tea Brewer is capable of brewing 16.3 to 26.7 gallons (61.7 to 101.1 litres) per hour using real tea leaves and brews directly into any style portable server. Designed to meet volume needs, it can brew 3 gallons (11.36 litres) of iced tea at a time, with QuickBrew (Q) models available for shorter brewing cycles. The SplashGard® funnel is engineered to deflect hot liquids away from the user's hand, while the TB3 model features adjustable steep time to provide more control over flavor extraction. The brewer is compatible with international electrical configurations and requires a service rated at 120V, single phase, 60 Hz with 2 wires plus ground. It operates under plumbing conditions of 20-90 PSI (138-621 KPA) and includes a 1/4" OD male flare fitting, necessitating a minimum water flow of 1 gallon per minute (GPM).
