The drylin® N series offers extremely low profiles in several widths, making it ideal for tight space constraints. This kit includes carriages designed to glide smoothly on anodized aluminum rails without the need for messy lubricants, and it is available in preloaded versions for reduced running clearance. Attributes of the drylin® N series include a small mounting height and width, maintenance-free and self-lubricating operation, high resistance to dirt, corrosion resistance, low wear with a low coefficient of friction, and lightweight construction due to an aluminum polymer combination. It allows for very high speed and acceleration, featuring replaceable polymer sliding elements made of iglide® J. The base structure of the carriage is made of plastic (size 17) or zinc, chromated (sizes 27, 40, and 80), with anodized aluminum rails available from stock.
