Iglide® PRT is a slewing ring bearing that incorporates the proven advantages of igus® plastic bearings. The kit includes iglide® J sliding elements that are entirely maintenance-free and lubrication-free. The housing components are constructed from aluminum, except for style 02, which features iglide® J4 head rings. Additionally, all parallel surfaces of the iglide® J sliding elements are hard anodized for enhanced durability, and all fixing screws are made from stainless steel. For specific applications, the PRT slewing rings can be requested in stainless steel. The bearing has a compact design with dimensions tailored to fit various machinery needs, and it is built to comply with industry standards for performance and reliability.
