The Bi-SS series pneumatic actuator features an all-stainless steel body, making it suitable for tough environments, including the food industry and pharmaceutical applications. This actuator complies with international ISO and NAMUR standards, facilitating easy mounting to ISO valves. It is a double acting actuator designed to operate with air to open and air to fail close, specifically sized for an 80 PSI air supply. The standard actuators maintain a temperature rating of 180°F, with available options for high-temperature Viton seals. The Bi-85-SS-DA actuator delivers 740 inch-pounds of torque at 80 PSI supply pressure.
