The Master Lock incorporates patent pending BlockGuard anti-shim technology to withstand attempts to violate the latch mechanism and includes a combination chart for effective lock system administration. It features a control key for supervisory access, which can be specified to match an existing system or assigned by the factory. The lock has a durable 1-7/8" (48mm) wide double-reinforced stainless steel body, designed to withstand abuse, and a 3/4" (19mm) tall hardened steel shackle for enhanced cut resistance. The lock also boasts an easy 3-number dialing system complemented by an automatic scrambling feature to prevent the reopening of the lock. Important notes include that all Master Lock locks are non-returnable, and locks may only be purchased through an official business or organization account. Users must specify if the lock is for a new or existing key system, and if it's an existing system, the control key number must be provided. A new key system will require a separate control key order. The master key is sold separately.
