This unit features a heavy-duty stainless steel well and construction, ensuring durability. It comes equipped with an adjustable thermostat ranging from 120°F to 212°F, allowing for optimal temperature control with temperature indicator settings of high, medium, and low. The innovative heating system provides fast preheating and even heat distribution, preventing hot spots for consistent food quality. It accepts a 12" x 20" full-size pan or fractional sizes and includes a cycling indicator light. The unit is CETLUS and NSF certified, meeting necessary safety and sanitation standards.
