The emergency lighting unit is designed for general-purpose applications and features a white thermoplastic construction with injection-molded, flame-retardant, high-impact housing and snap-fit design components for easy installation. It utilizes a universal J-Box pattern and a track and swivel arrangement for a full range of lamp adjustments; however, it is not intended for ceiling mounting. The LED lamps have a typical life of 10 years, and the unit operates on dual-voltage input of 120V or 277V AC. It comes equipped with a test switch, a status indicator, and a maintenance-free rechargeable battery that provides 90 minutes of emergency power and automatically recharges. The fixture uses 5.4 watts in non-emergency mode and includes two 1.8W lamp heads for emergency lighting. This unit is UL listed, meets UL924 standards, and is suitable for indoor damp locations. It has a two-year warranty and is compliant with CEC Title 20.
