The curved glass deli case measures 72-1/8 inches in length and is designed for service type use with self-contained refrigeration featuring a gravity coil that operates at 55% relative humidity and an environmental temperature of 75°F. It includes two adjustable wire shelves and fluorescent interior lights for enhanced visibility. The case is equipped with sliding "Low-E" thermal glass rear doors, providing energy efficiency, and is constructed with stainless steel (S/S) for both the interior and exterior, along with a stainless steel floor that features coved corners for easy cleaning. Please note that casters are not factory installed.
